A long-standing PDS client who recently reimagined her business offered me the following advice: “Don’t waste a good crisis!”

I took the time to consider this for our business, our team and our clients. While larger, award-winning programs and live events that PDS is accustomed to working on are taking a back seat due to COVID-19, this affords us the opportunity to invest our time, creative energy and planning excellence into smaller Canadian groups of under 50 guests.

I think our client is onto something!

We have been collaborating with our corporate clients to understand what they need today and how we can provide them with solutions. Many have expressed that their desire for human connection in a safe and focused way is higher now than ever before. They want to meet face-to-face, discuss forward-thinking plans for their business and make decisions with the people who built and contribute to the success of the company. It is important to show gratitude to their teams for continuing to be resilient in these times and rising to the occasion. Keeping people motivated and dedicated to tackle the unknowns of a post-COVID world is necessary.

Previously, companies may have taken their meetings or incentives further afield. Today, they are thinking local. Now is the time to showcase the very best of British Columbia and Alberta, and we invite you to explore the abundance of dazzling gems offered in our own backyard.

Where can you safely meet in person? Think wilderness retreats, remote lodges, lakeside luxury, mountain resorts, island hideaways and chic city hotels. For those who are ready and able to re-connect with their executive team, board members, leadership team or employees in person, we have designed some small group program itineraries to elevate your experience.

Our operations team has been busy re-evaluating our processes, policies and procedures to safely engage small groups. From accommodation recommendations where safety protocols are paramount to incredible bespoke activities in the great outdoors with plenty of fresh air and wide, open spaces, to wellness programs and farm-fresh feasts in fields, PDS will infuse meaningful touches to your program in ways that delight.

It all starts with a discovery call about your objectives and vision. Is a CSR initiative important to you? Do you need to uplift your team with a speaker who motivates and inspires? Or perhaps encourage a “blue-sky thinking” environment.  We will create a custom program that builds on your goals and is designed with safety at the forefront with experiences that leave everyone feeling renewed, hopeful and inspired.

If you’re ready for a purposeful gathering, we’re ready to make it happen.

Let’s be Brilliant Together!
