Objective
Our client’s priority was consistency for all 6 waves of guests. After their Vancouver program, Top Performers were treated to a special extension in Lake Louise for another memorable experience. The Lake Louise program had to be authentic and broaden guests’ experience beyond their Vancouver “In the Neighbourhood” theme.
Challenges
- Consistency! We hoped to improve upon small details that would make the next wave just a little bit better. However, no changes were permitted as the client valued consistency above all else.
- Develop different install and strike plans where required, yet maintain a consistent experience.
Strategy
- Carefully plan event concepts that would appeal to a variety of age groups, be family-friendly, fun, interactive and easily replicated 6 times.
- To deepen the experience for these Top Performers, we produced an immersive cross-Canada theme welcome dinner.
- Design stylized vignettes representative of regions such as urban Toronto’s fashion district, the rustic feel of Prairie “cowboy country” and the Maritime’s sea-shanty aesthetic.
- Interactive entertainment included comedic “Park Ranger” actors and our beloved birds of Prey provided by the Alberta Birds of Prey Foundation.
The Result
This Top Tier group of incentive winners received a well-rounded Canadian experience with their family and colleagues, leaving with fabulous memories of two distinct destinations…and deep connections with their neighbours up North.
