Since joining the company 5-years ago as Director of Operations, Jennifer has focused on streamlining processes and implementing effective business models, primarily within the Operations & Logistics Department. Her dedication to “the process” has translated into 4-consecutive years of steady, well-managed growth for PDS. Jennifer’s leadership produces award-winning achievements by her team, who consistently deliver at the highest levels of creativity and logistics management.
