Pacific Destination Services has been nominated in two categories for the 15th Annual Canadian Special Events Star Awards. The nominations include Best Event Produced for a Corporation by 3rd Party Planner and Best Multiple Day Incentive or Convention Program.
[h2]Nomination #1:Best Event Produced for a Corporation by 3rd Party Planner [/h2]‘A Passion for Food’ took place at Cottrell Station in October, 2014. The event goal was to provide an interactive, experiential, and memorable networking event designed to showcase the destination and culture of Vancouver and British Columbia. Because the client is a food company, a key factor was to creatively incorporate product placement into the décor and their food products into the catering menus and food presentation while at the same time creating a uniquely Vancouver experience showcasing local food and culture.
With a great amount of collaboration, strategic planning and creativity, we were able to create a magical West Coast experience for our client to be proud of.
[h2Nomination #2: ]Best Multiple Day Incentive or Convention Program[/h2]A multi-day incentive program in Vancouver, BC over 8 days to reward the top producers of an organization who qualified for the Chairman’s Club. The ‘HL Founder’s Circle & Chariman’s Club Retreat’ consisted of: individual Luxury transfers, Outdoor Reception, ‘Naturally Fit Get Active’ program, Dine-Around, Daily Children’s Programming, Branded Hospitality Lounge and a Farewell Evening Event.
