This “Symphony Under the Stars” event took place at Lost Lake in Whistler, British Columbia. In the initial discussions around “the wow event” of the program, our client presented us with the following statement; “please create the event you have always wanted to do outdoors but no one has had the budget for, and without a tent”. This experience had to be the “reason for bringing this program to Whistler.” Some of the unique challenges included space limitations, sightlines, staging, and tents for catering, production, green rooms, and high-end washrooms. The result was an unforgettable evening, set against the backdrop of mountains, lake, and Whistler’s sky, ending with a wild standing ovation.
