A UBC graduate with a wealth of destination management experience, Joanne founded Pacific Destination Services in 1998. Her goal was to create unique, memorable experiences of British Columbia and Alberta for a highly discerning clientele. Under her leadership PDS has become the most reputable firm of its kind in Western Canada.

Jennifer assumes the role of Director of Operations, with responsibility for leading key program accounts from concept through to delivery.
Jennifer has developed a passion for success throughout her career in fast-paced entrepreneurial and non-profit environments. She has been delivering complex client solutions in the DMC and event worlds in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario for over 20 years and thrives on new challenges that further develop her strong leadership skills, her ability to build effective teams and execute seamless logistics.
Jennifer’s love of ballet, theater, music, volunteerism and running fuel her creative energy and her drive to make each event and program we create an exceptional experience for clients and guests alike.

Terri joined PDS in 1998, bringing with her a flair for creativity and indefatigable energy. Formerly a ballet and tap dance instructor as well as a business management graduate, Terri is driven by a demand for excellence, a force that has helped propel the firm to success since its inception.
As Director of Events, Terri unites her creative arts background and her business acumen. With over 20 years of experience in event and destination management, she works with a team of operations staff, focusing on seamless logistics.
A local Vancouverite, Terri is deeply committed to marketing Western Canada as a premier destination for the international meeting and incentive travel industry.

Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience from both Vancouver and Whistler’s tourism markets, Bronwyn passionately promotes the best of beautiful British Columbia and Alberta to our international clientele.
Her boundless energy and unbridled enthusiasm fuel her passion to create and customize one-of-a-kind programs injected with fun and creativity. Her love of local food and wine coupled with her search for the next unique adventure perfectly compliment her role with PDS. Regional Director | Rockies Division
Alberta born Kevin Whitfield has over 25 years of tourism management expertise in both Alberta and British Columbia and his reputation precedes him! His dedication to excellence handling corporate programs, event programming, special projects, sports and cultural programming has made him an integral part of this dynamic industry.
Kevin managed the world tour of the renowned Banff Mountain Festivals for five years before returning to the incentive industry working with several Western Canadian destination management companies before joining Pacific Destinations as Regional Director, Rockies Division in 2014. His focus involves business development for the Alberta market and increasing the exposure of award-winning Pacific Destination Services in this region. When he’s not working Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.
Amanda Dreger, CMP
Senior Operations Manager
With her experience in the strategic design of operational systems and logistics planning, Amanda brings a calm demeanour and a core of strong vendor relations to the team.
An honours commerce graduate of Guelph University, Amanda has worked for over 20 years in the hospitality and destination management industries both in Alberta and British Columbia. Throughout the course of her career, she has continued to augment her skills by completing the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, becoming one of the best accredited planners in Vancouver.
